Description:

Acid protease is produced by fermentation and refining of excellent Aspergillus niger strains. It can effectively hydrolyze protein under low pH conditions. 

Acid protease is widely used in alcohol, liquor, beer, brewing, food processing, feed additives, and leather processing. And other industries. 

Acid Protease enzyme can improve wool’s permeability and other characteristics, which is a natural and effective method without pollute the environment.

 

In the food industry: as a starch modifier, used in the production of bread, cakes and sausages to improve flavor and quality.

In feed industry: Accelerate proteolysis, increase feed utilization, reduce production cost.
